How we partner

  • Strategic planning
  • Leadership alignment
  • Practical next steps
  • Decisions informed by data

How engagements begin

A clear way to begin.

We begin with a complimentary Executive Discovery Conversation. For district consulting, the sequence is discovery and scope → written proposal → accepted proposal → contract → district purchase order → engagement launch.

Context first

We talk through the leadership question, organizational context, and work already underway.

Scope with intention

A written proposal sets out the agreed focus, outcomes, timeline, and shared responsibilities.

Launch with alignment

Once a proposal is accepted, the contract and district purchase order are completed before the engagement begins.

PARTNERSHIP FOR THE WORK THAT MATTERS MOST

Meaningful improvement takes more than a plan. It takes an honest look at what is happening, clear choices about what matters now, and steady follow-through. I work with school and district leaders to make complex challenges more manageable, strengthen the systems that support students, and build a path forward their teams can carry. We start with your context, your priorities, and the work already underway. Then we identify what is getting in the way and decide what to tackle first.

  1. 01

SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES & IDEA ALIGNMENT

Every student deserves strong services, meaningful instruction, and a system that responds to individual needs. I help leaders take an honest look at how their special education system is working, where teams are running into barriers, and which changes deserve attention first. Our work may include strengthening service delivery, improving collaboration across departments, aligning leadership structures, clarifying processes, and creating more consistency from district expectations to classroom practice. The goal is a special education system leaders can support, educators can implement, families can trust, and students can experience through improved outcomes. This strategic consulting service supports system improvement and IDEA alignment. It does not provide legal advice or formal compliance determinations.

  2. 02

    MTSS SYSTEMS & STRUCTURES

A strong multi-tiered system helps schools recognize student needs early and respond with the right support. It depends on clear expectations, useful data, strong instruction, effective team structures, and shared ownership across departments and campuses. I work alongside leaders to connect those pieces and make MTSS a coherent way of supporting students rather than a collection of activities. Together, we look at what is working, where the system is breaking down, and which structures will help educators make timely, informed decisions. The work stays close to implementation so MTSS is manageable for staff, meaningful for students, and sustainable across the organization.

  3. 03

    EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING & COLLABORATION

Leadership means making difficult decisions, guiding others through change, and staying focused when the path forward is not clear. Even experienced leaders need a trusted space to think out loud, test ideas, and work through decisions that carry real weight. I provide confidential thought partnership for school and district leaders navigating complex decisions, organizational change, team dynamics, competing priorities, and the demands of executive leadership. Our conversations stay grounded in your real work and what you need most—more clarity, a fresh perspective, thoughtful challenge, or a practical path forward. This service is separate from Special Education and MTSS consulting and does not provide legal or compliance advice.
